Logistics Execution or Logistics management is managing the movement of materials from its origin to the consumer and storing all the information for the analyses. Various steps will be involved, such as from the raw material it goes to supplier, then to the manufacturer, and from there is transported to the retailer and then sold to a customer.
All this movement of materials is logistics, and various elements are included in the Logistics Execution module in an enterprise such as:
