SAP HR (Human Resource)

HR is one of the largest and essential modules in SAP applications and is also known as SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) or HRMS ( Human Resources Management System). HR module helps the HR department to manage and store all the information about the employees in an organization with high efficiency and maintaining a low cost.

All the information about hiring an employee, the process of hiring, the position he is selected for, salary, and all the necessary information of the employee is stored in an HR module that can be used for administrative, time-recording, or payroll activities.

The major tasks that come under the SAP HR module are as below:
