Certain Terms and Conditions that are necessary for a mentorship:-
We have two plan for contributor / mentorship-
1) On point bases
2) Second is monthly.
When the mentor joins self-learning, he or she is by default eligible for point base compensation.
When User achieve some certain points as mentioned below then the mentor / user will be upgraded to next level .As soon as the user will become silver expert he/she will be eligible for monthly compensation.
For monthly compensation, he /She needs to achieve some certain monthly target.
For the first month, the salary will be locked and then it will be compensated directly after 2 with 2 months’ salary.
If User is not able to achieve monthly target able to claim point base compensation and Only 45 day’s period is given contributor to claim point other use point will expire.

Redeem:
a. Contributor can redeem if he/she has valid 100 points.
b. Contributor can redeem 50% of money of 100 point and next 50 only redeem. When he is active and earn 50 point and 1000 view next in 30 days.
For monthly compensation, he /She needs to achieve some certain monthly target.
For the first month the salary will be locked and then it will be compensated directly after 2 with 2 months salary.
If user did not the claim points in every 45 days then the remaining points will reset to zero and we will not pay anything for it.
After you have achieved 50 point ,contributor will able to claim some free gift with self-learning t-shirt.
