After you double click on the application server you want to login to, SAP logon screen appears as below:
You can mention the Client Id with the client number you want to login to and enter your credentials like username and password assigned to you. During the first Logon with your Id in SAP system, you will have to change your initial password as you will see the screen below.
Enter your desired password and click on the okay button to save your password. Once you enter the credentials, you will get the screen below.
The above screen is the SAP Easy access screen where you can navigate through transaction codes that will be discussed in the later sections. Another way to navigate is through the SAP menu, where all your applications will be present.
To log off from SAP either type /nex in command field or click on the system from the menu bar and choose Logoff from the dropdown as below:
